How do I book a tattoo at Artmageddon?
You can book a consultation online through our Bookings page, by calling the studio, or by messaging us on Facebook or Instagram. We can also be contacted via email, hello@artmageddon.co.uk
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. All tattoo bookings require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but can be moved to a new date if you give at least 48 hours’ notice.
Can I get tattooed if I’m under 18?
No. UK law requires you to be at least 18 years old for any tattoo, and parental consent does not override this.
Can I get tattooed while pregnant or breastfeeding?
For your safety, we cannot tattoo anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding. Please wait until after this period to book.
Can I bring a friend with me to my appointment?
To keep the studio calm and focused, we ask that you come alone if you are able to. If you do need someone with you, please ensure it is just one person, we cannot accomodate a group.
How should I prepare for my tattoo session?
Get a good night’s sleep, eat a meal beforehand, and stay hydrated. Avoid alcohol or drugs for at least 24 hours before your appointment.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can move your deposit to a new date. Cancellations with less notice will result in your deposit being lost.
Where in Macclesfield are you?
You’ll find us on Church Street, near Macclesfield Town Hall. Our studio has three floors, private tattoo and piercing rooms, and is fully licensed by Cheshire East Council.
